Please be advised that Workberri products (subscriptions, license keys, etc.) are non-refundable. Also, please keep in mind, that you are responsible for all and any charges already incurred for Workberri services in accordance with Workberri Terms of Service.
Pre-paid telephony or VoIP credit that you can use for outbound phone calls or phone number rental services has no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable as well. If your account or telephone number is terminated or suspended for any reason, you may not be able to use the remaining telephony or VoIP credit. No refund of unused VoIP or telephony credit can be provided. Nor can remaining credit be transferred to another account, allocated against outstanding invoices, or used as payment for another service.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities; you are responsible for paying any such applicable tax.
In case of non-payment for any reason, Workberri reserves the right to immediately bar the User's access to the Workberri Cloud services.
If you are using your Workberri commercial subscription, and wish to discontinue the service, you’ll need to disable the automatic subscription renewal option.
